PPM - PERIODICAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• Periodical Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures.
• The primary goal of preventive maintenance is to prevent the equipment before it occurs. It is designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by replacing our components before they fail.
• PPM is performed while the equipment is still working so that it does not be down unexpectedly. PRINTOCARE has designed a checklist of PPM activity for all the HEIDELBERG products. The duration of the will differ based on the configuration of HEIDELBERG offset printing presses. During this PPM activity, we follow our checklist along with the list of problems to be corrected.
