The Cameras In This System Are The Same As The Above Mentioned System. Additionally, We Also Provide Our Vision Controller With This System Which Increases The Functionality Of The System. The Advantages Offered By The Vision Controller Are As Follows -

• Encoder Connection To Trigger The Cameras Are Desired Distances (In The Basic System Without The Controller, User Has To Move The Trigger Sensor)
• Combined Counts Of Both Cameras (A Single Count Of The Results Of Both Cameras For 1 Leaflet Is Shown Instead Of 2 Separate Counts For The Same Leaflet).
• Our User Interface With A 10.4” Touchscreen Industrial Panel Pc. This User Interface Includes Several Features That Are Required By The Pharmaceutical Companies, Such As, Detailed Report Generation Of Each Job Which Includes Details Like Product Id, Batch Number, User Name, Job Type, Barcode Value, Total Good & Bad Counts, Time Taken For Each Job, Etc. These Reports Are Stored In The System & Can Be Exported Through A Usb Pen Drive.
• Online Ejection If The Machine Has An Inbuilt Ejector.
• Data Saving. If There Is A Power Failure, The Data Is Not Lost As The Controller Continuously Uploads All The Job Details To The Database.
